Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holiday sales, special promotions) processing may take longer. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Shipping carriers and options may include (but are not limited to): USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • Expedited (2–3 business days): 2–3 business days
  • Next Day / Overnight: 1 business day (available at an additional cost and subject to cutoff times)
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other extraneous factors.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select, your order weight/dimensions, and the delivery address.

Order confirmation & tracking

Local pickup & local delivery

  • In-store pickup: Available at Rustic Elegance Boutique, 801 Boulevard Street, Dover, OH 44622. Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready—typically within 1–2 business days. Pickup is available during store hours; please bring your order confirmation and ID.
  • Local delivery: We offer limited local delivery within [specify radius] for a small fee or free for orders over [amount]. Select “Local Delivery” at checkout if available for your ZIP code.

International shipping, duties & taxes

  • We ship internationally to many destinations. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges assessed by the destination country. Address errors & undeliverable packages

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Rustic Elegance Boutique is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused delivery, unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment will incur an additional shipping charge. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may issue a store credit minus original shipping and return shipping costs.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office; carriers sometimes mark items delivered early. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at monacok33@icloud.com and include your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • For packages damaged in transit, retain all packaging and damaged items and send photos to monacok33@icloud.com. We will review the claim and help arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
